 My name is Falah Radifan,

I born in Bireun at 6 February 2008,

i live in jl. cisaranten kulon IV no.16a,Arcamanik,

i live with my aunt and uncle,my parents is working in jakarta timur,

my dad is a soldier,and i want to be like dad, soldier is cool,and brave

my hobby is doing sports,like calisthenic, calisthenic is sport make some mobility, fleksibel,and make my body strong, calisthenic is sport by doin with weight of my weight,im doin like a push up,pull up,sit up,plank,handstand,frog stand,and the other

my name is Falah,and i want to tell me about my favorite sport i likes sport like home workout Or some calisthenics work out i can do some push up, pull up, sit up, and the others not just home work out,i do like a boxing,muay thai,taekwondo,and martial arts the other and i train alone,maybe just watching some video tutorial how to boxing train or muay thai training i like to do workout like soldier training, because that he wants to be a soldier, that's why he like sport or work out i workout after school at 17.00 afternoon, i work out for like 30 minute or 50 minute and i doin i want bigger chest, back, bicep, forearm,shoulder,and abs i is training some handstand,frog stand,and the others Falah have some idols, is zharif he is a tik toker, and i have some motivation to have dream body,and depressed :) And that's it about Falah sport and why i like sports thankk youu :)

 Matt scott was one of greatest wheelchair basketball player,he was born in detroit michigan at march 27 1985,Scott was born with spina bifida, a birth defect in which a developing baby's spinal cord fails to develop properly. Scott began using a wheelchair from an early age.      He began playing wheelchair basketball with the Sterling Heights Challengers in the NWBA Junior Division.With his achievements he can make his contry proud by getting 4 gold medal in his career in paralympic games,Parapan American Games,and Wheelchair Basketball World Championship   from our perspective, we think that Matt Scott is one of the most Amazing and hardworking player out there. Even though he has a disability and some drawbacks, we think that he is talented and we respect him for it.
